Automation Tester

You have an exciting opportunity for the position of Automation Tester with my client. The role is based in Chennai/Pune and has a duration of 12+ months. As an Automation Tester, you will be responsible for automation testing using tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, TestNG, and Core Java. You should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in Automation Testing, with at least 5 years of experience in Selenium, Cucumber, and TestNG. Additionally, you should have 3+ years of hands-on experience in Core Java and API Automation Testing. It is essential to have 3+ years of experience writing complex SQL queries and extensive experience in testing Webservices, both SOAP and REST. The ideal candidate should be open to learning new technologies as needed and be able to work independently. It would be advantageous to have experience working with Unix systems, a good understanding of the Agile process and Jira tool, and familiarity with Kubernetes/Docker. Previous experience in the Telecom/Cable Domain and testing experience on IVR would be beneficial. Knowledge of the Katalon platform and Telecom networks is also considered a plus.
