Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and manage manual and automated test cases. - Create and maintain test scripts utilizing Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, and Cucumber. - Conduct API testing (manual using Postman and automated with Java frameworks). - Execute performance/load testing with JMeter. - Engage in defect reporting, debugging, and test documentation. - Collaborate with developers to incorporate tests into CI/CD pipelines. Must Have Skills: - Proficient programming skills in Java (object-oriented programming, collections, exception handling). - Sound comprehension of SDLC, STLC, and defect life cycle. - Knowledge of version control systems (Git/GitHub). - Familiarity with REST APIs, Postman, and JSON validation. Good To Have Skills: - Experience with Selenium WebDriver for UI automation. - Familiarity with Cucumber (Behavior-Driven Development framework). - Proficiency in TestNG for test case execution and reporting. - Knowledge of JMeter for performance/load testing. - Ability to conduct database testing using SQL queries. - Exposure to CI/CD practices (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI). - Understanding of Agile methodology.
