Automation Test SME - Automation Testing

Develop and maintain TOSCA-based automation test scripts, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality deliverables. Collaborate closely with leads and architects to implement automation strategies, execute test scripts, and perform manual testing when required

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Script Development, Maintenance and Execution Create and maintain automated test cases using TOSCA and Selenium WebDriver. Perform manual testing when required to validate functionality and ensure comprehensive coverage. Work with developers, leads, and architects to ensure smooth integration of automation into the development lifecycle.
• Defect Analysis & Troubleshooting Investigate automation failures, debug scripts, and provide solutions.
• AI-Infused Testing Solutions
• Implement AI-based test prioritization and risk-based testing approaches.
• Collaborate with architects to adopt AI-powered defect prediction and intelligent test execution.
  

Qualifications

Required Skills & Competencies

• Hands-on experience with TOSCA, Playwright, LambdaTest, Selenium WebDriver
• Knowledge of Java , BDD (Cucumber JVM), IDEs (Eclipse, IntelliJ), and build tools (Gradle).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Azure Pipelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good-to-Have : Awareness of AI-infused testing approaches for smarter test execution and defect prediction.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 46 years of experience in Test Automation, with at least 2 years in TOSCA.
