Automation Test Lead

You have an exciting opportunity as an Automation Test Lead at ValueMomentum. As an Automation Test Lead, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive test plans, creating test cases based on business requirements, executing test cases, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure accurate testing. Your role will involve utilizing Agile methodologies to drive efficient testing processes and deliver high-quality software solutions. You will also be expected to identify and escalate issues and risks, working closely with project managers and stakeholders to resolve them in a timely manner. To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3-6 years of experience as a Software QA Engineer focusing on testing software applications in the Property & Casualty insurance industry, particularly in Personal Lines. Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, Agile methodologies, and test management tools such as HP ALM, Jira, ADO, Rally, or similar is required. Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and critical thinking skills are essential for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. It would be advantageous to have experience with Automation tools like Selenium/UFT and relevant certifications such as ISTQB, INS 21/24, or Agile certifications.
