Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Automation Test Engineer with expertise in Cypress to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in automation testing, test script development, and quality assurance best practices. You will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, stability, and performance of our applications through automated testing. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Cypress . Develop and maintain test automation frameworks. Collaborate with developers and QA teams to identify and resolve defects. Implement and manage continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for automated testing. Perform API testing and integration testing where necessary. Identify test requirements from specifications, map test case requirements, and design test coverage plans. Ensure high-quality standards by defining and maintaining automation test strategies. Provide detailed test reports and document testing processes. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in automation testing. Required Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in automation testing. Hands-on experience with Cypress for UI and end-to-end automation testing. Strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript. Experience with API testing tools like Postman, RestAssured , etc. Proficiency in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD . Familiarity with version control systems like Git . Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
