Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Create and execute manual test cases based on functional and technical requirements.

Perform functional, regression, and UI testing across platforms.
Log defects, track resolution, and maintain test artifacts in test management tools.
Collaborate with developers and QA teams to resolve issues and validate fixes.
Document test results, maintain traceability matrices, and support UAT efforts.

Required Skillset:

Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and testing methodologies.
Experience with test management tools Azure DevOps, Azure Test Plan
Familiarity with API testing basics and SQL queries for data validation.
Good analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Must Have Skillset:

Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and testing methodologies
Ability to create and execute manual test cases
Experience with testing Salesforce applications
Hands on experience with functional, regression and integration testing
Documentation skills (Maintaining test results, traceability matrices, and UAT support)
Familiarity with API testing basics, Agile/Scrum methodologies

Good to Have Skillset:

Knowledge of SQL queries for data validation
Experience with test management tools like Azure Devops, JIRA, TestRail
Understanding of cross-platform UI testing
