Job Title: QE - Automation Testing Lead / Senior Testing Engineer Experience: 6 10 years Location: Bangalore Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Automation Testing Lead / Senior Testing Engineer with expertise in Selenium, Cucumber (BDD), Core Java, and API automation . The ideal candidate should have a strong background in automation testing, framework implementation, and CI/CD integration. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust test automation frameworks to ensure high-quality software delivery. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain Selenium BDD automation frameworks using Cucumber and Java . Implement API automation testing using tools such as Karate and Rest Assured . Design and execute test cases for functional, integration, and regression testing. Work with GIT for version control and collaborate effectively with development teams. Integrate automation frameworks with Jenkins, Gradle/Maven , and CI/CD pipelines. Perform database testing to ensure data integrity and consistency. Develop test scripts and perform debugging for web and API testing. Utilize tools like Postman for API testing and validation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve automation strategies and processes. Ensure test coverage, reliability, and scalability of automation scripts. Required Skills & Qualifications: Mandatory Skills: Selenium BDD Automation – Minimum 5+ years Cucumber (BDD Framework) – Minimum 3+ years Core Java – Minimum 5+ years API Automation (Karate, Rest Assured) – Minimum 2+ years GIT – Minimum 1+ year Other Required Skills: Automation Framework Implementation – Minimum 3+ years Gradle/Maven – Minimum 1+ year Jenkins – Minimum 1+ year Postman – Minimum 2+ years Database Testing – Minimum 2+ years Preference will be given to the candidate who is an immediate joiner and based out of Bangalore location.
