Automation Test Engineer

Role & responsibilities

3+ years of relevant industry experience as test engineer 3+ years of javaScript, React / Angular experience in creating automated test scripts. Good understanding of cross-browser, cross-platform, testing approach Hands-on experience with tool like JIRA, Azure Devops Well versed with defect life cycle and managing it Experience in using test automation frameworks like playwrite. Load testing. performance testing tool like K6 Good understanding of creating relevant test data (static/fixed + gynamic) Experience with RESTful API testing Experience in preparing reports of testing data, evaluate, and provide recommendations based on findings. Well versed and good working experience of QA V model Exposure to Relational DB (SQL Server / Postgres); NoSQL DB (CosmosDB / MongoDB ), HTML5, CSS, jQuery/AJAX Good working knowledge of CI/CD environments (preferably Azure DevOps), Git or similar configuration management software Experience working in Scrum teams Mandatory Playwright, K6 JavaScript (ES6+), Typescript React / Angular
