Job Description

6+ years of experience
in software testing with a strong focus on
test automation
,
integration testing
, and
performance testing
.
Design, develop, and maintain robust
test automation frameworks
for web, API, Mobile and backend components.
Perform
integration testing
of distributed systems, services, and APIs.
Conduct
performance and load testing
using tools like
JMeter,
etc., and analyze results to identify bottlenecks and scalability issues.
Leverage open source tools such as
Selenium, TestNG, Junit
for automated test execution.
Experience with
REST API testing
and tools like
RestAssured, Postman, Swagger
.
Create and maintain scripts for
automated regression, functional, smoke, and sanity tests
.
Implement and maintain test suites within
CI/CD pipelines
using Jenkins / GitLab CI, etc.
Collaborate with development, DevOps, and QA teams to integrate testing early in the development cycle.
Experience with container orchestration (e.g.,
Docker, Kubernetes
)
Prepare detailed
test plans, test cases
, and
test reports
, documenting issues and risks effectively.
Participate in root cause analysis for performance or test failures and provide insights for resolution.
