Automation Test Analyst

You will play a key role as a Sr. Automation Test Engineer in our team at ValueLabs. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for our web applications using Selenium with Java. The ideal candidate we are looking for should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in automation testing using Selenium with Java. You should also have experience with Win APP driver and Web Driver, along with a strong understanding of test automation principles and practices. Your tasks will include developing and maintaining test automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver, creating and executing automated tests for web applications using Win APP driver and Web Driver. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as development, QA, and product teams to identify and prioritize test automation requirements. Troubleshooting and resolving test automation issues, developing and maintaining test data and test environments will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in test automation, mentor junior team members, and provide guidance on test automation practices. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and collaboration skills are essential for this role. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required for this position. Experience with test automation frameworks like TestNG or JUnit, CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD, cloud-based testing tools like AWS or Google Cloud, containerization tools such as Docker, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and test data management tools are highly desirable.
