Automation Technical Lead

As a Senior Automation Architect, you will play a crucial role in automation, CI/CD, and testing methodologies. Your responsibilities will include acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), training and mentoring teams on automation tools, and strategies, conducting workshops, and supporting test environments for automation execution. Key Responsibilities: - Act as an SME for automation, CI/CD, and testing methodologies. - Train and mentor teams on automation tools and strategies. - Conduct workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions. - Support and maintain test environments for automation execution. - Expertise in automated mobile testing (iOS & Android) using SauceLabs for cloud-based mobile device testing. - Develop and maintain scalable test automation frameworks. - Design and create POCs for new automation strategies and technologies. - Strong coding experience in JavaScript and TypeScript for test automation. - Proficiency in configuring and managing Jenkins-based CI/CD pipelines. - Hands-on experience configuring and optimizing Azure DevOps Pipelines. - Communicate and collaborate effectively across engineering, QA, DevOps, and product teams. - Experience using AI-powered testing tools for automation enhancement and self-healing mechanisms. - Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM for handling tickets related to testing, automation, and CI/CD pipelines. - Log, track, and resolve defects, test environment issues, and automation failures using ServiceNow. Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of experience in automation testing. - Proficiency in Cypress/Playwright, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Jenkins, GitHub, Circle CI. - Experience with Appium, SauceLabs, API testing, and Azure Pipelines & Azure ADO. - Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility testing. - Ability to integrate SauceLabs within test automation frameworks. - Excellent cross-team coordination skills. - Familiarity with Jenkins and Azure ADO for CI/CD pipelines.
