Education Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Proficiency in manual and automated testing methodologies
Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium JUnit TestNG or similar
Strong knowledge of software development life cycle SDLC and QA methodologies
Familiarity with continuous integration continuous deployment CICD pipelines
Experience with defect tracking tools like JIRA Bugzilla or similar
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced dynamic environment
Certifications ISTQB certification or equivalent is a plus
Experience with performance testing and security testing
Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
Familiarity with cloud based testing environments and tools
