As a Sales Manager in the healthcare infrastructure & automation sector, your role will include field sales, client relationship management, and market expansion in solutions such as Operation Theatres, Medical Gas Pipeline Systems, and Pneumatic Tube Systems. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct field visits to generate leads and close sales. - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors. - Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned region. - Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. - Deliver product presentations & demonstrations to potential clients. - Monitor competitor activities, gather market insights, and share reports with management. - Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates. Qualifications Required: - Graduate in Business/Commerce/Science (MBA preferred but not mandatory). - 3-6+ years of proven field sales experience (healthcare/medical sales preferred). - Knowledge of Operation Theatres, Medical Gas Pipeline Systems, Pneumatic Tube Systems is highly preferred. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively. - Strong organizational and time management skills.,
