Job Description

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new customers for automation products and solutions
  • Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities
  • Achieve sales targets and revenue goals
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations

Customer Relationship Management

  • Understand customer requirements and propose automation solutions
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Handle customer inquiries, negotiations, and objections
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships

Technical & Product Knowledge

  • Develop strong knowledge of automation systems (PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFDs, sensors)
  • Coordinate with technical teams to design customized solutions
  • Explain technical features and benefits to non-technical customers

Market & Competitor Analysis

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Collect customer feedback and share insights with management
  • Identify new market opportunities and industries

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
