Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Lead the QA team in designing, developing, and executing test automation frameworks. Develop and maintain robust automation scripts using Java (mandatory). Automate web applications using Selenium or Playwright or Cypress. Conduct API testing using tools like RestAssured, Postman, or Karate . Perform Performance testing using JMeter, Gatling, or similar tools . Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality standards. Implement CI/CD integration for automated tests. Mentor and guide junior QA engineers. Mandatory Skills: Strong expertise in Java (must be very good). Hands-on experience with Selenium or Cypress or Playwright for web automation. API automation testing using RestAssured, Postman, or Karate . Performance testing experience with JMeter, Gatling, or similar tools . Experience with test frameworks like TestNG or JUnit . Understanding of CI/CD pipelines ( Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar ). Knowledge of SQL for database validation. Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience with cloud-based testing platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Exposure to mobile automation testing. Knowledge of security testing principles. Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating effectively with different stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills to document and present technical concepts clearly Education Qualification Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science or a related field
