You will be part of a diversified global financial markets infrastructure and data business committed to delivering excellent services to customers worldwide. Your role will involve collaborating with developers, testers, architects, and operations teams to deliver software solutions. You will be responsible for analyzing, designing, building, and delivering software components in Java, as well as reporting progress on tasks. Additionally, you will apply architectural principles related to scalability, security, and fault tolerance, with a focus on Market Risk & Market Risk Stress Testing. Key Skills: - Java coding (Java 8+) - Proficient hands-on experience in Java with at least 4 years in roles involving automation testing/software development tasks - Competent in SQL (or PL/SQL) - Experience in back end & database test automation using tools like Cucumber, Junit, TestNG - Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and Ansible Business Skills: - Experience with Scrum, Jira, and writing test cases using Zephyr - Ability to work with cross-functional technology teams in agile methodologies - Excellent written and verbal communication Behavioral Skills: - Strong team player - Ability to lead tasks successfully - Experience working with distributed teams - Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills Nice to have Skills: - Experience with databases, particularly Oracle - Knowledge of UNIX (PuTTY) and tools like Jenkins, Bitbucket, Ansible, Control M - Exposure to front end testing (Selenium) and data validation in modern data warehouse environments - Understanding of capital markets, financial risk management, clearing, and margining concepts Language Requirement: - English: C1 Advanced This is a senior position based in Bengaluru, India, requiring expertise in Automated Testing Java within the BCM Industry.
