Automation QA Analyst

You should be able to think BIG and deliver iteratively while working as part of a centralized TCOE team, adding value in the automation space. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining the framework and automation scripts, as well as providing automation expertise across TCOE teams. You will need to provide QA automation related vision and direction to the local Quality Assurance Teams, both IT Partner and WTW, working as part of the TCoE. Additionally, you will be required to analyze automated test coverage, identify areas where coverage could be improved, and work closely with QAs across the TCOE to drive automation initiatives and maintain set KPIs. It will be your responsibility to review automation progress across projects to help ensure code quality standards are maintained throughout and proactively bring issues to the team's attention. You should generate, propose, and implement innovative solutions to solve problems. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining API automation testing as part of the overall framework, promoting a culture of collaboration and teamwork, and recommending solutions based on experience and industry best practice. Collaboration with Engineering teams to find the most viable solution in case of automation challenges will be essential. Designing and developing Automation-specific metrics and working with the team to publish them per schedule will also be part of your role. Moreover, you will need to handhold and train QAs across TCOE to be more proficient in the automation area, facilitate meetings, monitor action items to completion, and effectively use teamwork to contribute positively in a high-performing, results-driven, and collaborative team environment. Experience with International and Virtual Teams is also required. Qualifications: Must have: - 10-14 years of experience in quality assurance, especially in UI & API Automation - 8-12 years of hands-on experience in QA automation testing web/mobile applications and Web Services (REST APIs) - Experience in creating testing automation frameworks from scratch - Expertise in automation testing with Selenium Webdriver using C# and .NET framework, Coded UI & VSTS - Experience using version control systems such as GIT, TFS, SVN - Hands-on Database/SQL experience - Working knowledge of Agile and DevOps (TDD, BDD, CI/CD),
