Job Description

Requirements Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications Develop automation testing frameworks using tools like Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber or JUnit Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements Implement continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues Mentor junior team members Hands on Knowledge on Enterprise IT and Infrastructure key component Design, Plan cloud DR solutions requirement along with cloud providers Support the management and coordination of IT incident responses to minimize impact on business operations Critical competencies Knowledge of below technology areas 5-7 years of experience in Java development Strong expertise in Java 8+, Spring, Hibernate, and related frameworks Proficiency in automation testing tools (Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, etc) Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies Excellent problem-solving skills and coding standards Strong communication and teamwork skills Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) Familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, etc) Certification in Java and testing frameworks Good to have From Life Insurance sector
