Mandatory Technical Skill Strong knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG). Familiarity with monitoring tools like Dynatrace/AppDynamics/Azure Monitor/AppInsights /Perfmon. Understanding of microservices architecture and performance testing. Familiarity with database performance testing and SQL. Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB). Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, or similar. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Additional Technical Skills Knowledge of Performance testing Experience of Performance testing tools like NeoLoad or Load Runner Additional Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and coordination abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Team player with a collaborative mindset. Lead the design, development, and implementation of test automation frameworks and tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies and ensure comprehensive test coverage. Develop and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing. Mentor and guide junior team members in test automation best practices. Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues. Continuously improve test automation processes and methodologies.
