You will act as an automation expert, assisting customers in resolving any issues they encounter while using Make. Your responsibilities will include engaging with customers to solve problems, assisting with workflow automation, providing best practices to the community, capturing customer feedback for product improvement, and contributing to enhancing customer care processes and systems. The qualifications required for this role include English fluency, 2+ years of customer support experience in a SaaS company, strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, emotional intelligence, technical acumen, and a desire to build trustful relationships with customers. Coding experience and technical knowledge of API ecosystems and automation markets are advantageous.
