Role Overview

Lead SDET (IC role)

What You’ll Do

Architect and maintain
robust automation frameworks
(UI, API, Mobile).
Develop and execute
automation scripts
using Selenium, Rest Assured, JMeter, Appium.
Partner with developers and product teams to embed
quality early in the SDLC
.
Conduct
performance/load testing
and integrate with
CI/CD pipelines
.
Share knowledge and mentor peers on
coding standards, automation practices, and tools
.
Champion innovation in
test strategy, monitoring, and reliability engineering
.

What We’re Looking For

6–9 years in
test automation / SDET roles
.
Strong coding skills in
Java, Python, or C#
.
Expertise in
Selenium WebDriver, Rest Assured/Postman, JMeter, Appium
.
Experience with
CI/CD tools
(Bamboo, Bitbucket, Maven, etc.) and
cloud (AWS)
.
Strong collaboration and problem-solving mindset; able to
mentor without direct reporting lines
.
