Automation Lead

As an Automation Lead at AlgoShack, you will utilize your 6-7 years of strong hands-on expertise in test automation, particularly in the healthcare domain. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and managing end-to-end test automation activities. - Developing and maintaining automation frameworks for Web and API testing. - Collaborating closely with Dev, QA, and Product teams to translate requirements into effective test automation strategies. - Owning CI/CD integration for automation execution and reporting. - Driving continuous improvement in automation coverage and stability. - Reviewing team deliverables and providing technical guidance. - Troubleshooting test failures and working closely with developers for resolution. Required Skills & Experience: - Strong hands-on experience in tools like Selenium, REST Assured, TestNG, and Cucumber. - Proficiency in programming languages like Java. - Experience in integrating automation scripts with Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps. - Working knowledge of API testing, particularly REST-based services. - Experience with Git for version control. Domain Experience (Must-Have): - Solid experience in healthcare application testing. - Familiarity with HL7, DICOM, PACS, or other healthcare protocols is preferred. - Understanding HIPAA compliance and data sensitivity is a strong advantage. Soft Skills: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. - Ability to mentor and guide junior team members. - Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently.
