Job Description

Key Responsibilities: - Analyze current workflows and identify opportunities for automation to improve productivity, reduce errors, and enhance overall operational efficiency. - Develop and execute comprehensive automation strategies, leveraging the latest technologies and best practices. - Collaborate with IT, engineering, and business stakeholders to define requirements, design, and implement automated solutions. - Manage the deployment and testing of automation tools and processes, ensuring they meet performance and reliability standards. - Monitor and optimize automated systems, making adjustments as needed to maintain optimal performance. - Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are equipped to effectively utilize the automated tools and processes. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in automation technologies, and continuously Knowledge of Sprue Pickers, Knowledge of Robotics Programming & Maintenance, SPM & Pneumatic Machine automation tools. Knowledge of day to day trouble shooting Knowledge of New job development on robot.
