Knowledge of day to day trouble shooting Knowledge of New job development on robot.

Process Optimization & Improvement : Setting up and optimizing blow molding machines and processes to achieve desired product quality and production efficiency. Troubleshooting machine issues and process problems to minimize downtime and ensure consistent product quality. Conducting trials for new products and validating processes. Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Quality Control: Ensuring that products meet quality standards and specifications. Implementing and maintaining quality control procedures. Analyzing production data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Team Leadership & Management: Supervising and training blow molding operators and technicians. Motivating and developing team members to achieve production goals. Ensuring adherence to safety regulations and procedures. Technical Expertise: Possessing in-depth knowledge of blow molding processes (90Lts 135Lts), including extrusion blow molding, injection blow molding, and injection stretch blow molding. Understanding different types of blow molding machines and their operation. Familiarity with various plastic materials and their properties. Experience with blow molding tooling and mold design.
