Job Description

Automation Engineer

This role is ideal for someone passionate about quality engineering, automation innovation, and working in agile environments with scalable, maintainable test solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain
test automation frameworks
using
C#, Selenium WebDriver, and Page Object Model (POM)
.
Develop and execute
end-to-end, regression, smoke, and integration test scripts
for web applications.
Integrate automated tests into
CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/TFS/GitLab)
for continuous testing.
Implement
parallel test execution
using frameworks like NUnit/MSTest to reduce execution time.
Work with
API automation
(Postman, RestSharp) and integrate with UI test flows for comprehensive validation.
Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA leads to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
Perform
cross-browser and cross-platform testing
(Windows, Web, Cloud).
Leverage
AWS or on-premise environments
for test execution and infrastructure management.
Use
Grafana, C#, and custom dashboards
to visualize test results and performance metrics.
Troubleshoot and debug automation failures; provide root cause analysis and recommendations.
Contribute to
test data management
, environment setup, and test environment maintenance.
Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives).
