Job Description

As an Automation Engineer LCM RPA at our Automation and Tools Automation Operation in Noida, you will play a crucial role in driving and leading Life Cycle Management (LCM) and development deliveries. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions using standardized tools like RPA, ENABLE, MATE, and in-house tools. - Managing the LCM of live automation solutions and ensuring 24/7 availability of tools and automation for deployed customers within the LCM scope. - Facilitating the implementation of global automation initiatives for managed services customers and defining and managing SLAs with various stakeholders for end-to-end tools and automation support. - Fostering a culture of innovation and creativity within the team and creating a productive team environment, providing feedback, and supporting optimal work-life balance. - Driving improvement programs, planning career development for team members, and contributing to stakeholder meetings while ensuring process adherence within the team. The qualifications we are looking for in a candidate are: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. Relevant certifications are a plus. - 4-8 years of experience in automation engineering or software development. - Proven experience in managing automation/software development projects and operation teams. - Experience with automation tools and frameworks such as Enable, Mate, UiPath, or similar. Prior development experience is strongly preferred. In addition to the above, if you have relevant certifications, it will be considered a plus.,
