As an Automation Engineer Lead Analyst at Evernorth, a division of The Cigna Group, you will be responsible for developing and implementing test automation frameworks for front end and backend applications, including Pega, Java/Services/APIs, and cloud-based applications. Your role will involve collaborating with QE team members to deliver on complex projects, assessing risks associated with software implementations, and guiding the code review process. You will work within an agile team to develop, test, and maintain business applications using Pega and Java technologies. Additionally, you will design test automation strategies for large projects, create automation test frameworks, lead End to End test calls, and coordinate UAT testing. Your responsibilities will also include preparing complex test data, defining test processes, identifying process improvements, and ensuring testing standards are met by employees and vendor partners. To excel in this role, you should have hands-on test automation experience in the Healthcare or PBM industry, expertise in system test automation, and experience with tools like Selenium, Cucumber, Java scripting, node.js, and json. You must also possess strong technical and analytical skills, good communication abilities, and the capacity to mentor and train teams effectively. The ideal candidate will hold a university degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, have a minimum of 8 years of work experience in software or web testing, and demonstrate a strong desire to learn. This is a full-time position based in the Innovation Hub in Hyderabad, India, with flexibility to work remotely as needed.
