Job Description

Candidates should have knowledge of automation lines for various processes / component.
Candidates should have work on design & validation of various material handling equipment.
Candidates should have hands on calculation of various brought out like pneumatic / hydraulic system, ball screw, servo motor, AC induction motor, Gearboxes
Candidates should have knowledge about FEA analysis & structural analysis.
Candidates should have experience on tolerance stack up, fits , tolerances, manufacturing grades, GRR, GD&T.
Candidates should have experience in equipment / tooling validation on assembly, SAT/FAT trials.
Candidates should have hands on various modelling software like Solid Works, Auto CAD, CATIA, Inventor.
Candidates should have knowledge about engineering material & selection.
Candidates should have experience in layout , process planning & cycle time Takt time calculations.
Candidates should have experience in designing fully automatic, semi automatic & manual stations Design.
Candidates should have experience in Material Handling equipment Design.
Candidates should have experience in Design iterations.
Candidates should have experience in Root cause analysis for any issue in assembly line.
Candidates should have knowledge about cost , budget of project/equipment.
Candidates should have worked on multi variants & pokayoke.
Candidates should have knowledge about, concept, DAP & documentation.
Candidates should have worked on selection of sensors, electromechanical system.
