Automation Engineer / Freshers

As an Automation Engineer at our Makarba, Ahmedabad location, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated systems to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency. Your role will involve collaborating with different teams to identify automation opportunities, troubleshooting system issues, optimizing existing automation processes, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Additionally, you will play a key part in training the operations team on new automation tools, monitoring system performance, and generating reports for continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement automated systems to improve productivity and efficiency. - Collaborate with various teams to identify automation opportunities and troubleshoot system issues. - Optimize existing automation processes and ensure compliance with safety standards. - Train the operations team on new automation tools, monitor system performance, and generate reports for continuous improvement. Qualifications Required: - Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation & Control, Electronics & Communication, or Electrical. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C/C++, Java, or automation tools like Selenium, UiPath. - Familiarity with PLCs, SCADA, HMI, sensors, and control systems. - Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and teamwork abilities. - Adaptability to new technologies and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Preferred qualifications include certifications in Automation Tools or Systems (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, UiPath, Blue Prism), experience with Industry 4.0 technologies, robotics, or IoT-based systems, and familiarity with cloud platforms or edge computing.
