Design & develop
efficient, scalable End-to-End Process Automation
for complex business problems
Implement
Agentic Process Automation
Hyper & Intelligent Automation with AI agents and Multi-Bot Architecture
Strong understanding of
Power Platform ecosystem
(Power Apps, Power Automate Cloud & Desktop)
Deliver quick
POCs
for feasibility studies
Gather requirements, communicate specifications, architecture/design details, and flowcharts to ensure alignment
Develop automation code, perform testing, support Hypercare post-deployment, coordinate UAT, and ensure technical sign-off for go-live
Research and recommend new technologies for process efficiency
Upgrade/migrate automation to higher versions (
Power Automate & Automation Anywhere
)
Manage
source control
(Azure DevOps/GitHub) and environment promotion strategies
Mentor junior developers, contribute reusable components, and support governance, security, and CoE practices
Work independently to deliver solutions with automation standards (code, deployment, logs, error handling)
Collaborate with Enterprise IT roadmap and support production automations, monitor bot runs

Mandatory Skills:

4+ years hands-on experience in
Power Automate Cloud & Desktop
Certifications:
PL500, PL400 / PL900
Experience in
Intelligent Automation
integrating with Generative AI, GPT/OpenAI
Strong understanding of
REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, design patterns
Experience building automation using
Azure platforms
, integrating AI/ML models, SharePoint, OneDrive, Network folders
Integration of Power Platform with
Microsoft 365, Azure services, third-party APIs, on-prem systems
Hands-on automation with
OCR, Email, Excel Advanced, APIs, SAP GUI, BAPI, Database, Web UI, Windows apps
Experience with
AI Builder, Copilot
, Automation Anywhere (AA) & IQ BOT
Proficient in
VB Macro, Excel formulas, Python, JSON, XML
Familiar with
Agile methodologies
, tools like Jira, Azure DevOps/Git
Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills

Desirable Skills:

3+ years in
Automation Anywhere (A360+)
, experience with Credential Vault, Control Room, BOT scheduling
Exposure to
Supply Chain Applications
