RSM&aposs Intelligent Automation group advises on clients process optimization initiatives, for which the group uses a suite of automation technologies, including but not limited to digital process automation (DPA), robotic process automation (RPA) and intelligent document processing (DPA) tools. Responsibilities Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement automation solutions Provide analysis, development, and documentation of automation opportunities Effectively communicate your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management Participate in end-to-end automation projects, from project planning to go-live Collaborate with clients, technicians, managerial staff, and other stakeholders to design and build impactful automation solutions. Facilitate user workshops to gather and document business needs, requirements, weaknesses and challenges Update, implement and maintain business procedures Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements Network internally and externally to develop sales opportunities Provide leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff Continuously learn to better understand RSM&aposs array of services, with the intent to enhance value to the client through integration of services Aspire to career growth by assuming more active roles in projects over time, as knowledge and experience progress Stay up-to-date on the latest automation advancements to modernize systems Basic Qualifications Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related field and/or a technology focused MBA A minimum of 3 years experience working in Appian Appian level 1 certified Knowledge of business process management & reengineering Experience with integrations with web services, databases and other systems Understanding of process to design and build dynamic user interfaces Ability to understand and resolve technical issues within Appian Proficient in working with Agile methodology using tools such as JIRA Strong oral and written communication skills, including high-impact client-facing communications Ability to work successfully in a team-oriented, collaborative environment Highly self-motivated and directed character with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to apply theoretical concepts and best practices to solve business problems Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills Ability to travel up to 50% locally and nationally.
