Automation Developer - Apparel Solutions

You are a talented and detail-oriented Designer who will be responsible for designing high-quality, personalized customer communications across various channels, including print and digital formats. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and implementing complex document compositions using the Inspire Designer Tool or Adobe Illustrator. - Working closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand document requirements and create customized solutions. - Developing dynamic templates, data-driven designs, and automated workflows for large-scale customer communications. - Ensuring compliance with industry standards, branding guidelines, and regulatory requirements in document designs. - Optimizing workflows and automating processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention. - Troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to document rendering, formatting, and performance. - Staying up-to-date with the latest features and best practices of the Inspire Designer Tool or Adobe Illustrator. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Proven experience with Quadient Inspire Designer (formerly GMC Inspire) and related tools (Inspire Interactive, Inspire Automation, Inspire Scaler, Inspire Content Manager) or Adobe Illustrator. - Strong knowledge of variable data printing (VDP) and customer communication management (CCM) solutions. - Experience in working with XML, JSON, JavaScript, SQL, and other data formats for dynamic content integration will be an added advantage. - Proficiency in designing templates, forms, and automated workflows for large-scale document generation. - Familiarity with PDF, AFP, PostScript, and other print file formats. - Ability to analyze and optimize performance in high-volume print and digital environments. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Good communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Quadient Inspire Suite implementation and/or Adobe Illustrator in large organizations. - Exposure to cloud-based CCM solutions and APIs for integration with external systems. - Understanding of UI/UX principles for interactive customer communication designs.
