Automation Developer - Apparel Solutions

As a Designer at our company, you will play a crucial role in creating high-quality, personalized customer communications across various channels. Your primary responsibilities will include designing and implementing complex document compositions using the Inspire Designer Tool or Adobe Illustrator. You will collaborate closely with business analysts and stakeholders to develop dynamic templates, data-driven designs, and automated workflows for large-scale customer communications. Ensuring compliance with industry standards, branding guidelines, and regulatory requirements in document designs will be a key part of your role. You will also be responsible for optimizing workflows, automating processes, and troubleshooting any issues related to document rendering, formatting, and performance. Staying up-to-date with the latest features and best practices of the Inspire Designer Tool or Adobe Illustrator will be essential for success in this position. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience with Quadient Inspire Designer or Adobe Illustrator, as well as strong knowledge of variable data printing and customer communication management solutions. Experience with XML, JSON, JavaScript, SQL, and other data formats for dynamic content integration will be an added advantage. Proficiency in designing templates, forms, and automated workflows, along with familiarity with print file formats like PDF, AFP, and PostScript, will be beneficial. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and good communication and collaboration skills are also essential for this position. Preferred qualifications include experience with Quadient Inspire Suite implementation or Adobe Illustrator in large organizations, exposure to cloud-based CCM solutions and APIs for integration with external systems, and an understanding of UI/UX principles for interactive customer communication designs.
