Meanstack Architect

As a MEAN Stack Developer, you will be responsible for working with a collection of JavaScript technologies to develop web applications. The acronym MEAN stands for MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, and Node.js. MongoDB is a NoSQL, object-oriented database designed for use with cloud applications. It stores data in key-value pairs using a binary data type like JSON, making it ideal for managing large-sized tables with millions of data entries. Express.js is a web application framework for Node.js that supports interactions between the front end and the database. It is a mature, flexible, and lightweight server framework that simplifies the server layer and efficiently handles HTTP requests and responses. Angular is a client-side JavaScript framework maintained by Google. It introduces MVC architecture in browser-based applications, making development and testing easier. Angular allows the use of HTML as a template language and extends HTML's syntax to express application components. Node.js is a server-side JavaScript execution environment used to build scalable network applications. It utilizes a non-blocking and event-driven I/O model, making it lightweight and efficient for data-intensive real-time applications that run across distributed devices. The MEAN stack offers advantages such as using JavaScript throughout the stack for faster and simpler development, rapid development of applications with a low memory footprint, cloud compatibility with MongoDB, and simplified server layer with Node.js handling client and server requests efficiently. However, there are some disadvantages of the MEAN stack, including MongoDB not being the best option for large-scale applications, lack of specific coding guidelines for general JavaScript coding, and poor isolation of server from business logic leading to potential spaghetti code and bad practices.,
