Automation Architect with Selenium

As an Automation Architect with Selenium, you are expected to bring over 10 years of experience to the table. Based in Bangalore, you should hold a bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred for this role. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing testing strategies for software applications. You will collaborate closely with development teams to identify system requirements and ensure consistent project execution. It will be your duty to identify, document, and track bugs meticulously, along with reviewing system requirements and monitoring quality assurance metrics like defect densities and open defect counts. To excel in this role, you must showcase proficiency in automated testing tools and methodologies, possess a strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes, and demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. Experience in performance and/or security testing is essential, alongside knowledge of Agile/Scrum development principles and familiarity with programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python. Moreover, you should have hands-on experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and database technologies like SQL or NoSQL. An understanding of microservices architecture, mobile application testing, containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes, and version control systems like Git will be advantageous in this role.,
