Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for

  Web, API, Mobile, using in built mAI Qual Test

  environments.
• Build end-to-end automated test suites for applications built on

  .NET Core

  and

  React.js

  .
• Validate

  PowerSync

  sync flows, including offline-first behavior, conflict resolution, and bi-directional data synchronization.
• Perform comprehensive

  Mobile POS QA

  for Android/iOS devices covering functional, regression, hardware interaction, connectivity, and payment workflows.
• Execute API testing using tools such as

  Postman, RestAssured, or similar

  .
• Automate test scenarios using

  Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium

  , or equivalent tools.
• Should have hands on experience in designing frameworks like selenium, playwright frameworks, robot framework, cucumber BDD etc.
• Collaborate closely with Developers, Product Owners, and DevOps to ensure smooth, high-quality releases.
• Conduct

  performance, compatibility, and reliability

  testing across device platforms.
• Maintain high-quality documentation:

  test plans, test cases, test data, and defect reports

  .
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to

  CI/CD-driven automation practices

  .

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of QA experience

  , with strong automation background.
• Solid experience testing and automating.

  NET Core APIs

  and

  React.js UI applications

  .
• Proven experience in

  Mobile POS testing

  :
• EMV/payment flows
• Peripheral/hardware testing
• Connectivity and offline ordering
• Sync and latency behavior
• Strong hands-on experience with

  Appium

  or similar mobile automation frameworks.
• Expertise with

  PowerSync

  or similar synchronization platforms (offline-first, conflict handling, sync validation).
• Strong proficiency with:

• Selenium / Playwright / Cypress

• Appium

  (mobile automation)

• Postman / RestAssured

  (API automation)
• Experience building and optimizing

  CI/CD pipelines

  (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
• Strong debugging skills across

  API, UI, database, and sync layers

  .
• Solid SQL skills (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) for test data validation.
• Experience using logging/monitoring tools and defect tracking systems like

  JIRA, Azure Boards

  .
• Ability to work effectively in a

  hybrid and collaborative

  environment.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with

  microservices architectures

• Familiarity with

  Docker, Kubernetes, Azure/AWS
