Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced RPA Developer with expertise in Automation Anywhere to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in bot development and change request management, with a strong foundation in process automation and intelligent automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Bot Development & Implementation

• Design, develop, and deploy automation bots using Automation Anywhere A2019/AA360 platform
• Create robust and scalable automation solutions for various business processes
• Implement error handling, exception management, and logging mechanisms in bots
• Perform bot testing, debugging, and optimization for performance enhancement
• Document bot workflows, technical specifications, and deployment procedures

Change Request Management

• Analyze and evaluate change requests for existing automation solutions
• Assess impact of changes on current bot infrastructure and dependencies
• Implement modifications to existing bots based on business requirements
• Coordinate with stakeholders for change approval and implementation timelines
• Maintain version control and change logs for all automation assets

Process Analysis & Optimization

• Collaborate with business analysts to understand process requirements
• Identify automation opportunities and provide feasibility assessments
• Create process documentation and workflow diagrams
• Optimize existing processes for better automation outcomes

Support & Maintenance

• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed bots
• Monitor bot performance and resolve production issues
• Implement enhancements and updates based on user feedback
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices

Mandatory Skills

Technical Skills

• Automation Anywhere

  : Proficiency in AA A2019/AA360 platform

• Bot Development

  : Hands-on experience in creating task bots, meta bots, and IQ bots

• Change Request Management

  : Experience in handling change requests, impact analysis, and implementation

• Programming Knowledge

  : Understanding of variables, loops, conditional statements, and error handling

• Database Integration

  : Experience with database connections and data manipulation

• API Integration

  : Knowledge of REST/SOAP API integration with bots

Process Management

• Strong analytical skills for process assessment and optimization
• Experience with process documentation and workflow mapping
• Understanding of business process improvement methodologies
