AutoCAD & Revit Draftsman

As an AutoCAD & Revit Draftsman at our company, your role will involve creating accurate 2D drawings and complex 3D BIM models. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Drafting & Modeling: Prepare detailed architectural/engineering drawings using AutoCAD (2D) and Revit (3D/BIM). - Project Collaboration: Work closely with architects and engineers to translate sketches and verbal instructions into technical drawings. - BIM Coordination: Maintain BIM standards and assist in the coordination of models across various disciplines (MEP, Structural, and Architectural). - Quality Control: Ensure all drawings comply with company standards, local building codes, and project specifications. - Documentation: Manage and archive drawing sets, revisions, and project documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Key qualifications for this role include: - Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit is mandatory. - Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in a similar drafting or BIM role. - Attention to Detail: Ability to produce precise, error-free technical documentation. - Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective team collaboration. - Problem Solving: Ability to identify design conflicts in 3D models and suggest practical solutions. Additionally, preferred qualifications for the position include Certification in Revit or BIM Management, experience with Navisworks or Civil 3D, and knowledge of local building regulations and international drafting standards.
