AutoCAD Draughtsman

As an AutoCAD Draftsman specializing in Interior Works, your role will involve preparing accurate 2D drawings, detailing interior layouts, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, electrical layouts, and plumbing plans. You will also be responsible for creating detailed working drawings, sections, and elevations for execution, developing joinery details, modular furniture details, and material specifications, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure drawings meet project requirements. Additionally, you will need to revise drawings based on feedback, maintain a library of updated drawings and technical documents, conduct site visits when necessary, and assist in preparing as-built drawings after project completion. Your attention to accuracy, adherence to standards, and timely submission of drawings will be crucial in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare 2D AutoCAD drawings for various interior elements - Create detailed working drawings, sections, and elevations - Develop joinery details, modular furniture details, and material specifications - Coordinate with designers, engineers, contractors, and vendors - Revise drawings based on feedback and mark-ups - Maintain a library of updated drawings and technical documents - Conduct site visits when required - Assist in preparing as-built drawings - Ensure adherence to company standards, building codes, and safety norms Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D); knowledge of SketchUp/Revit is a plus - Strong understanding of interior detailing, materials, and joinery - Ability to interpret architectural drawings into working drawings - Knowledge of interior execution workflows - Attention to detail and accuracy - Good communication skills and ability to work in a team - Diploma/Degree in Civil/Architecture/Interior Design preferred In addition to the above, the company offers a salary range of 15,000 to 25,000 per month based on experience, along with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund.
