Description
As an AutoCAD Draftsman at our company based in Ahmedabad, you will play a crucial role in creating detailed technical drawings and plans for construction projects. Your primary responsibilities will include meeting with architects, designers, and engineers to discuss design ideas, utilizing your extensive working knowledge of CAD software, such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks, to efficiently prepare technical drawings, developing model designs from scratch, and ensuring accuracy and precision in the drafting process. You will be expected to generate CAD models using AutoCAD software, analyze design sketches and specifications to create technical drawings, and present various design perspectives for construction improvements and adaptations. A strong attention to detail, knowledge of engineering practices and industry standards, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering will be essential for this role. The ideal candidate should have 0-3 years of experience, possess advanced design skills, and demonstrate a keen eye for detail. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, proven work experience as an AutoCAD Draftsman/Drafter, and extensive knowledge of AutoCAD software. Additionally, you should be detail-oriented, creative, able to meet deadlines, and proficient in multitasking.
