KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with architects, consultants, and clients to interpret and understand project drawings and specifications.
• Prepare detailed shop drawings in alignment with project requirements and industry standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including Sales and Project departments, to gather specific drawing requirements and ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Revise drawings based on feedback and comments from architects, consultants, and clients.
• Generate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) following approval of final drawings.
• Develop accurate As-Built drawings upon project completion.
• Create typical sectional drawings in coordination with the factory, as per project-specific requirements.
• Conduct site visits as necessary to assess and understand site conditions for accurate drawing preparation.

REQUIRED SKILLS, QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• AutoCAD 2d
• Revit
• Industry Knowledge & Trends
• Time management
• Problem solving and Adaptability
• Continuous learning
• Communication and Presentation

Qualification and Experience:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• 56 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within the civil or mechanical industry.
• Proficient in AutoCAD with strong hands-on experience in preparing technical drawings and layouts.

Salary would be in line with the experience.
