Working Time- 9 to 5 PM

Working Days- Mon- Sat

Salary- upto 35K

Location- Vasai

Key Responsibilities

● Develop 2D technical drawings for POSM, display units, and factory fabrication jobs.

● Convert design sketches or client references into accurate AutoCAD drawings with proper dimensions and fabrication details.

● Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) and material requirement sheets based on approved drawings.

● Support material optimization to minimize wastage and cost.

● Generate job cards for production, ensuring clarity on specifications and components.

● Coordinate with the production team, procurement, and vendors to validate feasibility and dimensions.

● Update drawing revisions and maintain version control for all active projects.

● Ensure that drawings meet functional, aesthetic, and safety requirements as per brand and project standards.

Required Skills & Experience

● Minimum 3 years of experience in AutoCAD 2D drafting, preferably in fabrication / furniture / POSM / retail display industries.

● Strong understanding of materials such as MS, SS, acrylic, wood, and sunboard.

● Proficiency in creating detailed fabrication drawings, exploded views, and fitting diagrams.

● Good coordination and communication skills to align with factory and procurement teams.

● Knowledge of material optimization techniques and practical production limitations.

● Attention to detail, speed, and accuracy in deliverables.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

● Drawing accuracy and production feasibility.

● Turnaround time from concept to finalized drawing.

● Reduction in material wastage through optimized layouts.

● Error-free job cards leading to minimal rework during production.

Work Conditions

● Based full-time at Brandola Factory, Vasai (Mumbai).

● Coordination with factory, procurement, and design team on a daily basis.
