Autocad Designer

Role Overview: As a CAD Designer at Concrete Ventures, you will play a crucial role in the team dedicated to transforming AV concepts and engineering blueprints into detailed and professional CAD drawings. Your primary responsibility will involve collaborating closely with design, engineering, and installation teams to ensure the creation of precise layouts, wiring diagrams, rack elevations, schematics, and system flow designs for luxury AV projects. Key Responsibilities: - Create and update detailed 2D and 3D CAD and SketchUp drawings for AV systems, including floor plans, wiring schematics, system block diagrams, and rack elevations. - Work in conjunction with AV engineers, project managers, and interior designers to ensure drawings align seamlessly with project scope, architectural specifications, and interior requirements. - Interpret technical requirements from system designs, specifications, and site surveys, and make changes based on site modifications, redlines, and feedback from the installation team. - Maintain well-organized drawing sets with version control across various projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company guidelines in all documentation. - Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, and other trades to seek layout approvals and ensure alignment for system integration. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in CAD software and SketchUp. - Knowledge of AV systems, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings. - Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical requirements accurately. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Familiarity with industry standards and compliance regulations related to technical documentation.,
