Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Create and modify detailed engineering drawings and specifications using AutoCAD software.
Collaborate with architects and engineers to understand project requirements and design specifications.
Prepare 2D and 3D models and layouts for various projects including residential, commercial, and industrial.
Review and interpret technical documents, plans, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with project goals.
Perform revisions and updates to drawings based on client feedback and construction changes.
Ensure that all designs adhere to industry standards, building codes, and regulations.
Conduct site visits to gather data and verify field measurements.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate architectural and engineering aspects into final designs.
Maintain organized files and documentation for all design projects.
Provide support in project presentations, including the visualization of designs through renderings and simulations.
Stay updated on new AutoCAD features and industry trends to continually enhance design skills.
Assist in training junior designers or interns as needed.
