Description
As a 3D Designer at our company based in Gurugram, India, you will play a crucial role in creating high-quality 3D models, textures, designs, and visual effects for various projects in the manufacturing, furniture, architecture, and product sectors. Your responsibilities will involve transforming conceptual ideas and 2D designs into compelling three-dimensional models and visualizations, collaborating with team members, and delivering stunning visual content that meets project goals and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Develop high-quality 3D models (hard surface, organic, environments) using industry-standard software. - Create realistic 3D furniture models, motion graphics, and photorealistic renderings/visualizations. - Participate in brainstorming sessions, contribute creative ideas, and develop storyboards, initial sketches, and prototypes. - Perform texturing, UV mapping, lighting, rigging, and optimize models for various platforms. - Collaborate with creative, PPC, and marketing teams, gather feedback, and meet client objectives/brand guidelines. - Stay updated on the latest 3D design trends, software, and industry standards. - Manage project timelines, deliver assets on schedule, troubleshoot design issues, and ensure quality assurance. - Prepare detailed documentation, presentations, and visual materials for internal review and client approvals. - Stay informed about industry trends, software advancements, and emerging technologies in 3D design. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in 3D Design, Graphic Design, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Proven experience as a 3D Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering work. - Expertise in relevant 3D modeling and animation software, such as Autodesk Maya, Blender, Cinema 4D, V-Ray, Adobe Creative Suite, ZBrush. - Soft Skills: Excellent attention to detail, strong artistic skills, written and verbal communication skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively, creative problem-solving abilities, and openness to feedback. This is a full-time position with benefits including leave encashment, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. Your work location will be in person.
