Auto Technician

• Technical Expertise: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex equipment malfunctions, replacing faulty components and systems.
• Maintenance & Installation: Perform routine and preventive maintenance, install and commission new equipment, and manage maintenance schedules.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and train junior technicians, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring efficient execution of maintenance activities.
• Customer Support: Provide expert technical assistance and support to customers or end-users on-site, via phone, or email.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of service activities, including service reports, equipment maintenance history, and breakdown root causes.
• Process Improvement: Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for improvement, optimize processes, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to safety standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining a clean and safe work area.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
