Job Description

  • Outbound Calling: Making calls to potential and existing customers to promote service packages, offers, and discounts.
  • Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying potential customers who may need car servicing.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Booking service appointments for customers at the service center.
  • Inbound Call Handling: Addressing customer inquiries about services, pricing, and appointment scheduling.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Complaint Resolution: Handling customer complaints and issues related to car servicing in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Staying updated on the latest car models, service packages, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
  • CRM Management: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and updating customer information in the CRM system.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets and lead generation quotas.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Volunteer

Pay: Up to ₹19,000.00 per month
