Auto Electrican HEMM Maintenance

Job Summary:

Minsol Limited is seeking an experienced and responsible Dozer Operator with a minimum of 4 years of experience for our mining and infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for operating dozers to perform activities such as earth leveling, dumping, overburden management, and site preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair electrical faults in HEMM equipment.
• Carry out preventive and breakdown electrical maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
• Service and repair alternators, starters, wiring harnesses, lighting systems, relays, fuses, and switches.
• Troubleshoot ECU/ECM systems and electronic control circuits.
• Use diagnostic tools (Multimeters, Scanners) for effective fault-finding.
• Install electrical accessories and modifications as per operational requirements.
• Maintain service logs, breakdown records, and job cards.
• Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and use of PPE.

Candidate Requirements:

• ITI in Auto Electrician / Electrical Trade (mandatory).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HEMM electrical maintenance.
• Sound knowledge of HEMM brands like BEML, Komatsu, Caterpillar, Volvo, etc.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
• Experience in mining or infrastructure sector preferred.
• Willingness to work at project site in Dhori, Jharkhand.
