Job Title: Quality Control Executive – Auto Components

About Us:

We are a reputable manufacturer/supplier in the automobile industry, dedicated to delivering high-quality auto components to our clients. We are looking for a Quality Control Executive to ensure that all products meet industry standards and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect auto components at different stages of production.
• Conduct dimensional and visual checks as per drawings/specifications.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards (ISO/TS/IATF as applicable).
• Maintain inspection reports, testing records, and quality documentation.
• Identify defects, suggest corrective measures, and follow up with the production team.
• Perform in-process and final inspection before dispatch.
• Coordinate with suppliers/vendors for incoming material quality checks.
• Support in audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Quality Control (Auto Components/Engineering Industry).
• Good knowledge of measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, CMM, Gauges, etc.).
• Understanding of quality tools like 7QC, CAPA, Kaizen, 5S preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail with good communication skills.
