Job Role : This is semi-tech Support Profile where applicants are required to troubleshoot the Cable Box, Internet Issue, Wifi Password , Land Line Connection & solve their billing queries + Sales Mandatory
Shift: - 24*7 ( Graveyard Shift ) Shift will start @ 1:30 Am , 2:30 Am etc
Qualification & Salary : HSC/ Grad Freshers can apply
HSC/ Grad below 1 year BPO Experience will 21K + 2700 variable
HSC/Grad with 12 months Bpo Voice Exp salary 27K +2700 variable
Week Off :- 2 rotational Offs
Interview rounds Virtually : - Amcat , HR & Ops & Versant
Need to Visit to Office for Typing and Assessment.
